Application process

Let us know what are your skills, area of expertise, and what you are passionate about.

We will organize a short intro call so we can get to know each other.

Depending on the position you are applying for, we will probably organize a short working assignment.

At our final interview, you will get a chance to meet all of the people you will be working with, and discuss the interesting projects you might be working on.

Once you decide that Margins is your next home, we will dedicate a mentor and organize onboarding steps depending on your skill level and position. At end of the onboarding process, you will be ready to start doing the work you love, with people that inspire you.
